Check the size guide on any product page — it shows chest, length, and shoulder measurements for both men's and women's fits. When in doubt, size up for a relaxed fit.

Men's tees are regular fit (not oversized). Women's crop tops are true to size. If you're between sizes, go up.

Men's tees are 100% bio-washed cotton (180 GSM) for a soft, breathable feel. Women's crop tops are a cotton-spandex blend for stretch and shape.

We use DTG (direct-to-garment) printing — the design bonds into the fabric fibres, not just on the surface. With proper care, prints last for years.

Turn the garment inside out before washing. Cold or lukewarm water only (max 30°C). Avoid bleach. Tumble dry low or air dry. Do not iron directly on the print.

We only accept returns for manufacturing defects, damaged products, or wrong items delivered. No returns or exchanges for size issues or change of mind — a detailed size guide is available on every product page, please check before ordering.

Unfortunately, no. Size guides are listed on every product page with chest, length, and shoulder measurements. We're a print-on-demand brand and cannot accept returns for sizing or preference reasons.

Email support@bawlaa.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the defect or wrong item. We'll review and resolve within the next 48 hours — replacement or full refund, your choice.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Bank transfers may take 2–3 additional days.
