🔄 Bawlaa Return & Refund Policy
At Bawlaa, your satisfaction is our priority. While most of our orders go smoothly, we’ve got you covered in case something goes wrong.
✅ Eligible Returns
We accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

The product arrives damaged or defective.

You receive the wrong size, product, or design.

Your order is lost in transit.
To qualify:

You must raise a request within 7 days of delivery.

An unboxing video/photo clearly showing the issue is required for validation.
If approved, we’ll reprint and ship a replacement at no cost. If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a refund.
❌ Not Eligible
We cannot accept returns for:

Change of mind or dislike of the product.
-
COD orders refused at the time of delivery.

Issues raised beyond the 7-day window.
🔄 Return to Origin (RTO)
If an order is undelivered due to address errors, unavailability, or refusal at delivery, the parcel is returned to our partner’s warehouse.

Returned items are stored for up to 100 days.

During this period, you can request reshipment.

After 100 days, unclaimed items are discarded.
💳 Refunds & Timelines

Prepaid Orders: Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

COD Orders: Refunds (if approved) are processed via UPI/Bank Transfer once we receive your details.
